The official truck reference
Red for burgers. Blue for dogs.
Clyde Foods develops two planned mobile food-truck concepts: the red Clyde Burgers food truck and the blue Clyde Dogs food truck. Both are designed around a standardized new commercial mobile-restaurant platform, then configured for the food concept they serve.
Clyde Burgers
Clyde Burgers Food Truck
The red Clyde Burgers mobile restaurant uses the standard 20-foot Clyde Foods commercial truck platform with a burger-focused cooking line, service flow, technology package, and complete Clyde Burgers exterior identity.

Clyde Dogs
Clyde Dogs Food Truck
The blue Clyde Dogs mobile restaurant uses the same standardized commercial truck platform with a kitchen built around foot-long dogs, frozen staging, and a deliberately fryer-heavy operating model.

The Clyde Foods truck standard
Built new. Built to a common platform.
The current Clyde Foods planning standard starts with a new 20-foot commercial mobile restaurant rather than a used conversion. The platform, utility systems, technology, branding, service flow, and major equipment are standardized, while the kitchen configuration changes to match Clyde Burgers or Clyde Dogs.
These are planned concepts and planning specifications may evolve before launch. The detailed truck pages are the authoritative Clyde Foods references for current truck configuration and estimated cost.
From the planning room
How do you actually design a mobile restaurant?
The public truck pages show the current Clyde Foods specifications. Our reference library explains the thinking behind them: kitchen workflow, equipment planning, utility strategy, startup operations, and what really has to fit inside a 20-foot commercial food truck.
