Required Owner / Operator Training
Know what you own.
Clyde University is the required owner/operator training program for the planned Clyde Foods ownership system. It is designed to teach the practical operation of the truck and the financial operation of the business—not just how to cook the menu.
The standard program is delivered online with guided practical assignments, demonstrations, operating checklists, case exercises, knowledge checks, and owner-level business coursework.
Clyde University tuition does not include the Clyde Foods Hardbacked Textbook. The textbook is an additional $139.
